16th Symposium on Fish Nutrition and Feeding
Los investigadores Adrián Hernández y el Dr. Patricio Dantagnan del área de Producción Animal Acuática del NIPA-UCT, participarán en 16th Symposium on Fish Nutrition and Feeding a realizarse entre el 25 al 30 de Mayo en Caims, Australia.
El Dr. Adrián Hernández presentará su trabajo titulado “Assessment of the nutritional value of lupins in aquafeeds: Effect of phytase on the hydrolysis of protein and phosphorus in different lupin varieties” que busca valorar las fuentes vegetales en la nutrición acuícola.
El Dr. Patricio Dantagnan, presentará el trabajo titulado “Effects of saponins and polyphenols extracts from Quillaja saponaria and Yucca schidigera on the productive performance and hepatic antioxidant enzymes activity of rainbow trout juveniles”.
Además durante los días del congreso estos investigadores mantendrán reuniones de trabajo con investigadores asociados a su línea de trabajo.
